Product Description
Valerian SleepAid (THR) is a traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances caused by mild anxiety.* Take one or two tablets daily, half an hour before bed time.
Each tablet contains 300mg dried root extract equivalent to 900mg−1,500mg of Valerian root. The traditional herbal medicines registered as part of the THR scheme are regulated by the MHRA and of guaranteed quality.

Active Ingredient:
Each film coated tablet contains 300mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (
Valeriana officinalis
L.) (equivalent to 900mg - 1,500mg of Valerian root).
Extraction solvent:
Ethanol 60% v/v.
This product also contains the following ingredients:
Excipients in the extract:
Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Tablet core:
Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Tablet coating:
Hypromellose, Glycerol.
Directions for Use
Take two tablets half an hour before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with some water or other liquid. Please read the PIL (Patient Information Leaflet) for full dosage instructions.
