A large thistle−like plant native to Africa, artichoke ( Cynara scolymus ) has large green leaves and numerous purple flowers. These leaves and flowers are rich in cynarin, the main active compound of artichoke, along with the powerful flavonoid luteolin.
Artichoke can maintain normal levels of blood lipids and overall heart health, and can support a healthy liver and detoxification. Artichoke can also support digestion and contributes to intestinal comfort.

Directions for Use
Adults:
