What is Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil?
Sea buckthorn is a plant found on coastlines across Europe and Asia, hence its name. The oil from its orange berries has been used in traditional Chinese medicine over the centuries. Sea Buckthorn Oil contains especially high levels of omega 7; it is also rich in omega 9 fatty acids and packed with powerful plant nutrients like carotenoids and tocopherols.

Ingredients
Sea Buckthorn Oil, Capsule Shell (Starch, Glycerin, Carrageenan, Sodium Carbonate), Antioxidant: Mixed Tocopherols Prep. (Mixed Tocopherols, Sunflower Oil), Vitamin A Palmitate.
Directions for Use
Swallow one to two capsules daily with water. Can be taken at the same time or as a divided dose.
