What is Activ Hydrate?
When we sweat during exercise we not only lose vital fluid but we also release tiny electronically charged particles that are collectively referred to as electrolytes. Electrolytes are important minerals and nutrients such as sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium that play a vital role in hydration. Activ Hydrate has been developed to help replenish lost electrolytes and aid in hydration.

Each low calorie tablet quickly dissolves in water to deliver a highly refreshing drink, flavoured subtly with natural berry fruits. Each tablet contains 300 mg sodium, 100 mg potassium, 40 mg calcium and 20 mg magnesium.

Directions for Use
Adults:
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water.
Up to 4 tablets can be taken daily.
Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
