Product Description
What is magnesium?
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals found in the body. Despite its importance, the latest UK's National Diet and Nutrition Survey shows that many of us aren't getting enough levels of this essential mineral. Magnesium plays many vital roles in the body, from the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the conversion of food into energy and the health of bones and teeth, to the support of psychological function, the nervous system and muscle health, including the neurotransmission and contraction of the heart muscle.
Why is ours better?
We make our Opti−Magnesium® tablets with magnesium citrate and malate, which are two highly absorbable magnesium sources, so it is easier for your body to assimilate this nutrient. We also add Vitamin D3, which contributes to the absorption of calcium in the body, playing a key role in the health of bones and teeth. It also supports muscle function and the immune system. Finally, we include inulin − a type of soluble fibre that's also a prebiotic, which naturally promotes friendly bacteria in your gut.
Who is this for?
It's ideal for those looking for optimal−absorption magnesium to support their energy levels, bones, teeth and muscle health.
