We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items or goods that are opened, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored.

Claims for incorrect or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with sufficient photographic evidence. Our decision on refunds, replacements, or store credits is final and non-negotiable.
